OHIO RURAL HOUSING INCOME LIMITS

	Annual income determinations are made based on income documentation from current earnings or on earnings during the previous 12 months. A borrower's adjusted annual income is used to determine if they meet income limit requirements. A deduction of $480 per child and any costs spent on day care expense (the most common deductions) is deducted from the total annual household income to determine the total adjusted annual income.
